How money works on an engagement.
There is no subscription to cancel here. This page states the defaults; the agreement you sign sets the actual terms.
There is nothing to subscribe to
LinkGro Technologies sells engagements, not a product with a monthly plan. Nothing on this site takes a payment, and no card details are collected anywhere on it.
How engagements are billed
Fixed-scope projects are billed against milestones with written acceptance criteria. Dedicated-team engagements are billed monthly and roll month to month. Consulting and audits are billed as a single fixed engagement. Which of the three applies, and on what schedule, is set out in the agreement before any work begins.
Discovery is paid, and it is yours
Every engagement opens with a short paid discovery that produces a written scope, an estimate with its assumptions, and a risk register. Those documents are yours whether or not you continue with us — including to take to another supplier. That is the point of charging for it rather than giving it away.
Stopping work
Either side can end an engagement in line with the notice period in the agreement. Work already completed and accepted is payable; work not yet started is not. Whatever has been built to that point is handed over, because the code is already in your repository.
Billing questions
If an invoice looks wrong, write to contact@linkgro.co with the invoice number and what does not match. We would rather correct it than argue about it.
