How LinkGro handles free access, paid billing cycles, cancellation, and billing support requests.
Free plan
LinkGro provides a free plan so you can run a real campaign end to end before upgrading. No card is required.
Cancellation
You can cancel future renewals from billing settings at any time. Cancelling prevents future charges and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. It does not automatically refund the active billing period.
Refunds
Monthly and annual subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle begins, unless required by law or explicitly approved by LinkGro support.
Billing issues
If you believe there has been a duplicate charge or a billing error, contact support with your account email and the payment reference.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider.
