Information we collect
We collect account details you provide, usage events generated by automations, connected Instagram account identifiers, lead records, billing metadata, and support messages.
How we use information
We use data to authenticate users, run automations, deliver dashboard analytics, process subscriptions, prevent abuse, improve product reliability, and provide support.
Instagram and Meta data
Instagram access is handled through OAuth and platform APIs. LinkGro never asks for or stores Instagram passwords.
Security
Sensitive tokens are encrypted, access is restricted by role, traffic is served over HTTPS with CSP headers applied, and suspicious activity is monitored.
Data sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with the processors needed to operate the service, to comply with law, or to complete an integration you asked for.
Your choices
You can disconnect an Instagram account at any time, export or delete captured leads from the dashboard, and request deletion of your account and its data.
