How to have your data deleted.
There is no account to close. One email removes everything we hold about you.
What there is to delete
For most people, nothing beyond anonymous analytics. If you have contacted us, we hold the message you sent and the details you sent with it. If we have worked together, we also hold the engagement record — correspondence, scope documents and invoices.
Email us
Write to contact@linkgro.co with the subject "Data Deletion Request".
- 1Send the request from the email address you contacted us on, or name it in the message so we can find the right records.
- 2Tell us if you want everything deleted, or only the enquiry and not the engagement record.
- 3We confirm in writing once it is done.
What we may have to keep
Invoices and tax records have to be retained for the period Indian law requires, so those cannot be deleted on request. Nothing else is exempt. We will tell you specifically what was kept and why rather than leaving you to assume.
Analytics
Analytics data is not tied to your name and we cannot look up an individual in it. To stop it being collected at all, block cookies for this site or use your browser's tracking protection — see the privacy policy.
